Our deli is so much more than the usual cured meats. The counter is filled with over 40 delectable cold meats, most of them being free range and gluten free, sliced at the thickness you desire. And if you’re after gourmet antipasto you’ve come to the right place! We have a stunning range of exclusive in-store marinated olives, Greek and Danish fetta, marinated prawns and octopus to pickled eggs, and white and black pudding.
Basil’s Signature Cold Meats
We glaze and oven roast our own ham on site to give you some exclusive cold meat creations! Our in-house Chef has the expertise and talent to create delicious and unique gourmet leg ham flavours like honey mustard, orange and truffle mustard to chilli and lime. And you can’t go past our very own rosemary and seeded mustard roast topside beef, which is oven roasted by our Chef for 3.5hrs!

The possibilities are endless with our assortment of pre-cooked, ready to serve pies, quiches, filos, meatballs, patties and even our very own Chef prepared beef lasagne for your next lunch, dinner party or even family meal. Our in-house Chef uses only the freshest produce, combined with the top ingredients to bring you a broad selection of delicious, refreshing Signature salads, made daily and unique to Basil’s. Like Moroccan cous cous or spiced quinoa, to the traditional potato salad.
