Our frozen seafood department is stocked with a sustainable range of nutritious, imported and local fish, including Norwegian Atlantic Salmon, Barramundi, Yellow Fin Tuna, Swordfish, Western Australian whole Octopus to seasonal Fremantle Sardines! All of our imported MSC certified fish filets are wild-caught salt water fish, which means that our range is more flavoursome and good for you, with a higher content of minerals and nutrients compared to eating farmed or pellet fed fish. Discover the different flavours of our fileted range of premium snapper including the delicate, firm and flaky Gold Band, white and juicy Red Emperor, to the moist, firm and flavoursome Red Throat.
From Hokkaido Scallops to Chillian Black Mussels and Pipi-Vongole Clams, we have a unique range of imported, quality frozen shellfish to add flavour and finesse to your home cooking. You’ll find an array of squid products available like pineapple cut squid, crispy squid tentacles and salt and pepper squid and for a local delicacy, try our plump South Australian Oysters. If prawns are on the menu, we have deveined, raw or IQF cooked Vannemei prawn cutlets, prawn twisters (raw prawns wrapped in pastry) or local cooked King Prawns to choose from. We even stock scallops, mussels and exquisite Moreton Bay Bugs when in season.
